Fluorescene Red-600 pattern is a very accurate, fluorescently marked, pattern of size for analysis of the size of pik fragments on each ABI sequential with a 5-barner spectral calibration.The pattern contains 22, marked with red dye, uniform fragments in the range from 45 to 595 pairs of rules. The pattern contains fragments of the following sizes: 45, 72, 98, 128, 147, 167, 197, 227, 247, 267, 297, 327, 347, 367, 397, 427, 445, 465, 495, 525, 545, 565 and 595 Bz.
